LABOUR DAY (MONDAY, OCT. zGth)
The Post Ollice will he closed all day. All mails usually despatched on .Monlays will lie cancelled, excepting Greymouth and Holm and Humphreys, which will clasc at 7 a.in. Giber mails usually despatched will he held over until Tuesday. The street receiving • nixes will lie cleared at ii a.m. on Monday and Tuesday. The inward mail from Greymouth and Christchurch will he sorted at 5 i.m. on Tuesday.
On arrival of the Overland mail on Saturday a delivery of v nm-.spomlciu e will he made over the public counter
from 7 p.m. to *• p.m. The Telegraph Ollice will open Irani 9 to II) a.m. and 7 tn 8 p.m. The Telephone Exchange will open from 9 to 10 a.m. and 7 to * p.m.
