Kershaw, the well-known international. writing in the "Sunday Express” says that an overwhelming majority of Rugby men will support Ifill in the notable stand he is taking on behalf of the Dominions. Obviously, it is fair that New Zealand should: have a voice in the control of Rugby. Jt is absurd to put off the Dominions with the offer of a conference once in three years.
