The golf ehnmpionsliip meeting was continued yesterday, when the third and imirili rounds ot the open championship were played. The weather was line, hut a stiff dry sou-west wind blew at intervals. E. M. M:\rfarlaiie (Christchurch) won the "open ” with A. J. Shaw and J. Mcdtoxh, both of Wellington, an equal second. The “ O’.Rorkc Yasc ” resulted in a tie between Christchurch No. 1 team and Wellington team. If. M.
