November. 1025, the duty other than primage duty on wheat to be imported for sale and distribution as poultry food. It must he noted that the suspension does not become operative immediately, and when it does take effect, the full duty must be paid on all imports, which are not covered bv the permit issuable by the Department of Industries and Commerce. Before arranging importations importers must secure, by application to the Department, a permit for the quantity it is desired to brine in. Permits will not be issued otherwise than ”to recognised merchant distributors, and the quantity will he limited.
