Air Wilis, representing the United States at the Harding Memorial unveiling here, attacked Senator Rorah. the chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, on the possibility ot Senator Borah riding over the opinions of other Senators on that Committee in recommending to Congress the entrance of the United States to a World Court. “If Senator Borah thinks he is able to ride rough-shod over the sentiments of the English-speaking people everywhere, particularly in Canada and the United Stales, when ho starts it in the Senate he will find he is going to have a pretty lively contest on his hands.” Mr Willis is a member of the Foreign Relations Committee.
