GENERAL ASSEMBLY ELECTION.
WESTLAND ELECTORATE. Mr T. K. Y. Seddon was a visitor to Hokitika yesterday, and while in town made arrangements for a meeting of his supporters to he convened tor next Tuesday night at the Town Hall to form a committee ot ladies and gentlemen to further his candidature throughout the district. Mr Seddon’s advent will be welcomed, seeing that he so worthily represented the district in the past. Air Seddon will attend the meeting next Tuesday night and will address those present.
Air Seddon will stand in oppositiu to the sitting Labor member and 1 in favour of tusion between the R< form and Liberal parties, and on th point he will make his position ole: to the meeting lie is to address mo
week. Mr Seddon lias received nun promises of active support all tiiroue thi' district and is thus encouraged I enter on the contest with every ho] of success.
