New Zealand Bowing Association has accepted an invitation from .Melbourne to send a Club four oared crew to compote iu the Stewards Challenge Cup. and offering £IOO towards espouses. Hamilton crew which won the championship last year has been selected. and as it is estimated another JBIOO is required, local associations will be asked to contribute, the Council giving £2O. Xew South Wales Association wrote regreting they could not send crews to New Zealand next year, but ottering to come in 1928. which was tentatively accepted. If. Johnston of Auckland offered a run for an eight oared rowing race. Australia to tie allowed to compete. The offer was accepted.
