[Australia & N.Z. Cable Association. NIGHT BAKING. SYDNEY. Sept. A. Ibe Labour Caucus approved of a Draft Bill to prohibit night, baking, and the delivery of fresh bread. The hours for btiking will be between seven in the morning and six at night. Employees engaged in the baking of pastry will be allowed to start tin hour earlier than the operative bakers. The reason for prohibiting tile delivery of tresit bread is stated to be mainly to prevent- foreign .small bakeries which do not employ labour and to enable the bread carters to make deliveries within a reasonable hour.
