Colonel .Moiiastorio, the Commander at Alhiiceincs Island has been gravely wounded in a Riff attack on the Island, which was opened last night and was resumed this morning. The Spaniards vigorously replied. It is noteworthy that Alhneeines is the spot whence the coming Spanish offensive, in co-operation with the French, was to be launched. LONDON. August 21.
