LITHE ABOVE named Board hereby -I. gives notice that on the flth. day of August 1025 it hy resolution determined to exercise limited control over the export, of all butter and cheese which shall from and after the date hereinafter mentioned tie exported from Now Zealand to any port on the east coast of North America or any port in Great Britain or the Continent of Hur<>i>e (between Bordeaux and Hamburg both inclusive) to the extent and for the purpose of requiring that all butter and cheese so exported shall l>e insured under a, Marino Police held and arranged by the said Board against all risks from any oause whatsoever (including war and strike risks, shortage of fuel and malicious damage). The said control it was resolved shall operate as Horn midnight on the 31st. day of August. 1925 and shall cease at midnight on the 31st. dav of August 1026. and shall not applv to butter or cheese not sbtp,xul on or before that date ; and shall not applv to butter or cheese which shall he laden upon the exporting ship at or before midnight on the 31st. day of August 1925.
