The primary schools’ football match on Cass Square on Saturday morning between Hokitika and Greymouth for the West Const 'Rugby Union’s shield provided an excellent exhibition. Ibe Hokitika team won by 20 points to 0. For Hokitika tries were scored by M. Davidson (3). of width lie converted one. Y. Stapleton (2). and F. Stapleton 1. The game was a fast and open one. the winners having a decided advantage throughout.
