TO-MORROW’S GAMES. For Saturday afternoon there will be several matches of interest on Cass Square. Westport Juniors play Excelsior Juniors at 1.30 p.m., and the 3rd. grade match, School v. Excelsiors also takes place. At 3 p.m. the first of the senior knock-out competition games take place between Uniteds (Grey) and Excelsiors. Tiie game between Kanieri and A burn at Aralmra should prove a good contest, while at Harilmri, Roes meet liarihari. In the morning on Cass Square at 11 o’clock the schools primary teams of Hokitika and Grey will play the annual match in the Southern Division, of the Primary Schools’ Championship, for the Shield presented by the Rugby Union on tlie West Coast. Tlie winners will meet Westport in tlie final. The Northern Division was won by Westport, who defeated Inangahua last week. The following is the Kanieri team to play Arahura at Aralmra to-morrow. In reference to the question ol Nopia playing League football in England, it was suggested at the League Council that the Council should communicate with the English League, asking for particulars regarding the engagement of Nopin. Mr Carlaw (President of the ijeague) said it wasn’t his intention to discuss this matter any further, anil it was no concern of the New Zealand League.
