LATE LOCALS.

In the Methodist Church to-night the Rev. T. Dent, who has just returned from the Solomon Islands will give an account of some of his experiences during his four years stay there. He and Mrs Dent will also render musical items in the native language. Everybody invited. Mrs W. Barrowman, Park Street, notifies that, having purchased a Singer hem-stitching and picket edging machine she is prepared to execute all hem-stitching and picket edging work entrusted to her promptly, at sixpence per yard. This will save this sort of work being sent out of the town for completion.
