THE RIFF TERMSPARIS, August 10. An oflkial communique says the French Government have received a communication from General Re Rivera (Spanish Leader), reporting having had an interview with a Riffian oinjssarv, who declared that Abdel y Krim would only enter into peace negotiations if the independence of the Bills were recognised.
