“THE VEILED WOMAN.” TO-NIGHT.
Alel.ean’s Pictures will present tonight, n fi-aet Sclznick drama entitled “The Veiled Woman” from .Myrtle Reed’s famous novel. The story, briefly, revolves around a young girl whose romance was shattered when the man she loved, a young doctor—ran away because lie feared her beauty had been marred through an explosion. Years later, ho had learned that lie had made the greatest mistake of his life, but it was then too late to make amends, and in a fit of remorse takes his own life. But a pretty little romance takes place when Evelina Grey discards the veil she has worn for 25 years and serves to brighten the part that may dim your eyes by tears. A two-reel comedy, gazette and travelogue will complete this glorious star. FRIDAY. Gloria Swanson will he seen in her latest picture “The Humming Rird.”
