The newspapers learn from Madrid that if Abdel Klim has not replied by August loth.. Spanish troops will start an offensive preceded by landing on the Coast. The “Eclair” says France will meanwhile strive by all means to effect the final destruction of Abdel Krim. MORE OF KRI M'S CUNNING. ' PARTS, August 5. The peace terms published by "be Matin” do not correspond with the Franco-Spanish terms which incidentally were not officially communicated by General De Rivera to Abdel Krim’s agents. The Quai Dorsay is convinced that the terms which were published eman ted from Abdel Krim hi nisei L Abdel Krim, hitherto, lias avoided coming into touch with the FrancoSpaniel delegates deputed to acquaint him with the peace terms.
