According to telegrams from Fez, Riff regulars appear to he moving northward, leaving the rebel tribesmen to carry on operations. The object of the movement is not yet apparent. French aeroplanes are incessantly active between Fez ami the front line,

carrying up bombs, munitions and food and bringing hack wounded. It is stated the French gave up the posts of RebliOM-in and Wedhamrin, as they were isolated. The posts were destroyed. French aeroplanes are steadily bombarding the abandoned French positions.

THE PEACE TERMS. « Paris. July 20. M. Painleve, the Premier, announced that Marshal. Retain would remain in Morocco as long as circumstances demanded.
