to bo vested in his Majesty as a special reserve appropriated as a burial ground for the late .Mr Massey and his

v. idmv. and as a site for a memorial for him. 11 is widow, lait no other person, may be buried therein. A special Hoard is to be constituted and charged with the control of the reserve. This Hoard will be the Prime Minister for the time being, the Chief Justice of New Zealand for the time being, the Speakers of both Houses of Parliament, and a lifth person to be ppointed from time to time by the "overuur-Ceneral. Such fifth j»erson shall he a member of the family or a descendant of the late Mr Massey, so long as there shall be existent a person of that class willing, and, in the opinion of the Governor-General, fitted to so act.

The Hoard is to be empowered to expend moneys in the improvement of the reserve and in the erection of the memorial. The Governor-General max make regulation's for the admission or exclusion of the public to or from the reserve or any special parts thereof.
