EVACUATION PROCEEDING
BERLIN, July 18.
The French evacuation of the Ruhr which is to he completed by 31st. July is proceeding i(nietly and unostentatiously. A thinning out policy is preferred to the more conspicuous spectacular policy of marching out with living colours. Two and a. half years ago Bochum and Recklinghausen were evacuated on 18th. July, and Rattingen on 20th. July last.
The French Colonial troops leave tin. Ruhr on Monday and many billeters have already been released at Essen and Dusscldorf, but the reports of the imminent evacuation ol Dusscldorf and Dtiisberg are premature.
A GERMAN N'O'IT
BERLIN. July IP
Cabinet has finally approved of the Note to M. Mriaml. Il will probably be despatched to Paris on Monday and published on Tuesday.
