When it is issued early next week, the price will he 00A with a return ot one pound in the lirst interest payment, bringing the price to about Pdf. Ibis is attractive. LONDON PORTION ISSUED. (Received this day at 11.25 a.m.) LONDON, July 17. A Commonwealth loan of live millions at 09. J with a £1 bonus has lieeu issued, the first instalment being underwritten to-day. Fifteen millions are being issued .simultaneously in New York.
