ROSEDAY APPEAL FAILS. DENIED IN. July 10. At a meeting of the D.J.C. District Committee, it was decided to decline to hear the appeal of Lindsay and Tregrove to have the disabilities removed from the horse Roseday, it being held that there was no jurisdiction to do so.
