WEST COAST RUGBY UNION. At the usual executive meeting held last evening the New Zealand l niun advised the selection of Mr A. A. Adams. a- :i member of the South Island selection committee of three niemlKM'.s. The New Zealand Union also forwarded the annual grant for ] rimary school football amounting to £23. A letter was received from F. Ford, re transfer from Harihari to Jto*s Chib, and it was decided to refer the letter to the Westland sub-union with a request' for information as to why a tiaiisfer was refused. Applications for re-admission were received from 1.. G- S. Cooper and Jus. M. Griflin. and it whs resolved to favou rahlv recommend the-e to toe New Zealand Rugby Union. It was resolved that in future no reinstatement- or tran-fere lie recommended or granted unless dealt with at a regular meeting ut the Union Kxc.-u'.i' Account- for the Westport trip of lh( i rep team totalling £G< 14. s Gd were passed for payment. Resolved that G. White's application for a transfer to Star Club from Kiwi Club be granted subject to the latter dub’s const'll t. !|t*d that he. be reclassified from senior to junior.
