[ Australia A X.Z. Cable Association.] RADIO MESSAGE. HONOLULU, July 4. A message received by radio from the U. S. A. warship “Seattle’’ states: The American fleet hit its cruising stride sometime late yesterday afternoon. The vesesls changed their formation shortly after two o’clock, and fell into the routine which "ill last until they reach Pago Pago. Various picked athletes on hoard all the ships have begun training for the contests scheduled at the Ausetrnlinn ports.
