Dr. Collins regarding the recent cablegrams concerning the value of the Spahlingor treatment. Sir Francis Bell said the High Commissioner was in touch with Dr. Spahiiligcr and lie would lie communicated with immediately asking the names of Hie six expert, who had issued ceiiain recommendations in regard to the treatment and also inquiring the substance ol the recommendations. The A(hlress-iu-l’eply debate was continued l>y .Sir Thomas McKenzie and the Hon. AY. 11. Triggs.
At 3.30 the Council adjourned till 2.3-1 on Tuesday. THE iiou-k. In the House the afternoon sitting ivas occupied with a discussion on seiMitiiic research. At the evening siting the debate on the A<ldress-in-Rc-ily was continued by .Messrs .J. C. dollesLon. Parry, Wright and Williams.
