The new Committee would enable all dominions to send a representative with the consent of the British Prime Minister to explain his Government’s view on any particular subject and the best moth G whereby the joint efforts of the members of the empire may attain satisfactory results. The new commute ■ would diminish the friction between the Departments. He emphasised that these Committees’ powers were purely advisory to the Cabinet.
