LATE LOCALS.
Traffic through the Otira tunnel from west to east continues to he heavy. For the week ending June J.'Jtli, the gross weight of tile trains, exclusive of engines, was 8202 tons, and for the following week 7007 tons, while the following figures give the tonnage since June 21st:—June 22nd, 1370; 23rd, 1005; 21th, 1300; 25th, 13-10.
