It is learned that Germany lias sent a fpiestionaire to Paris respecting obscurities in the French Note, and has received answers, the German Government are non' awaiting Mr Austen Chamberlain's statement and also the debate ill the House of Commons toflav, which is expected l<* considerably affect the reply. Meantime the Premiers ol the German States have been invited to visit Berlin to attend n special Council with the Cabinet on Saturday, at which the German reply will probably be outlined.
