A warning has been issued to tinresidents of Windsor ami Richmond to prepare for another Hood, as a further rush of water is coining down the Hawkesbury River. Throughout the day a fleet ol boatInis been rescuing outlying residents, and bringing them to the two towns. Parts of For lies are now under water. Tlu- river lias risen there twentyone feet since yesterday. The- main l-.ndy of Hood water is now sweeping down the river l.aehlan. It is expected to roach the town to-night.
