It was contended that defendants were on the wronj; side of the road, and that, seeing that a collision was inevitable, they preferred a head-on crash to going on the outside of Lite road ttl a dangerous corner. As the results of the collision, Mr llill had been permanently incapacitated from any form of activity, and Airs Sim was disfigured. while Joseph Sim lost an eyebrow. MaeOibbon also claimed for damages to Ids car.
