In addition to the usual Tuesday evening meeting, all scouts wlm have sent in their names lor the Dunedin Jamboree will attend at ti.lo p.in. on alternative Fridays. Ihe Wednesday Court of Honour will he held at other times as announced, ; and the Sunday Scouts Own will be field at 1.1 o p.m.. and Wold Cubs will he allowed to attend this latter meeting. A number ot extra indoor and outdoor meetings are nl-o planned for those who are going to the Jamboree, and rehearsals and singing practices for both Cuba and Scouts will lie fitted in as opportunity allows. It is hoped to arrange a public display during the next two months, and a training camp in August, while at j a Sports .Meeting later in the year I heats will he run off to decide the actual Hokitika entries lor the various Janilioree Championships. Ihe names of those selected will probably be on the way to Dunedin this week, each id the two local troops sending a patrol ot scouts. There is a good deal of keenness already visible, and it is hoped that the town will he able to semi a party south that will compare well with troops from oven the largest centres.
