[Australia & N.Z. Cable Association.] THE CANTON' FIGHTING. PEKIN, June 8. Two Japanese destroyers arrived at Canton yesterday afternoon. There was a short lull in the firing last night while head rain tell. Three thousand Cantonese, under s Leung Hung Kai. arrived hist night from Eiitshiin. and are now at Site Kwai Tong station, across the river. The foreigners have evacuated Tungsluin. The casualties due to the crossriver firing are slight.
