WEDDING BELLS

A very pretty wedding was celebrated on June )-t.. at All Saints Church, Hokitika, the Hoc. Perkins officiating. The contracting parties were Theodore Arthur, youngest son of the late Mr James and Mrs Lynch of Beach St., find .Martha May Louisa second daughter of Mr and Mrs Curl Schroder of Jolly Street. The bride was given I away by her father and was daintily attired in a gown of white embossed georgette, trimmed with radium lace j ;md orange blossoms and also "ore an orthodox wreath and veil. She was attended by her sister. Miss May Schroder as bridesmaid, who wore a frock of apriini morocain with hat to match. Both carried shower lioii'iuct-- of chrysanthemums ami maiden hair fern with ribbon streamers to match, the gift of Mrs KrendrLck of (Ire'ymouth. 'i he bridegroom was attended by Mr Arthur lluncraft as host mail, who ably carried out the duties imposed on him. After the completion of the ceremony the bridal party and their numerous friends adjourned to the residente of the bride’s parents for the wedding breakfast. All and sundry toasts were duly honoured when most complimentary remarks were passed about the happy couple.

Mr and Airs Lynch were the recipnents of numerous useful presents among which was a silver tea sort ice aad honey jar Irom the stall ol the Mental lloipilal where Mrs Lynch was a Nurse for a considerable period. The happy couple left by the evening train for Christchurch where a short honeymoon " id be spent.
