Speaking as frankly as the Prime A 1 inis 1 1> r. 1. desire to say on behalf of the Liberal-Labour Party that we shall welcome in this connection, any pro-po-als that may he submitted. I can say also, as the Prime .Minister says, that whether the proposals for a practicable modus operaudi as between the two parties comes as a result ol pourparlers or any other way. they will assuredly receive the most earnest consideration at otfr hands.
