Persons holding such notes, may. however, after this date up to July 5. 1025. exchange them at al branches of the Iteiehsbank at the rate of billion marks to reichsmark (H..M.) fixed hv the tierman Legislature according to the Dawes Plan. “As German paper marks therefore will he valueless alter July 5, 1025. and as there seems a possibility of such paper marks Icing held by New Zealand residents. 1 have the honour to suggest that the above facts be. given due publicity in order that holders of paper marks living ill New Zealand might he enabled to guard their interests."
