The minutes of the previous animal meeting were lead and confirmed.
The annual report was presented (already published), and the balance sheet. read and received. The credit balance at date was £ll 12s Gd. AT’. Wilson and Evans were appointed a Commit tee to deal with Chamber of Commerce matters. A bonus of £~i As was passed to the Secretary. Air Richards moved a vote of thanks to the ollieers for the manner in which their diilies had been discharged during the year.•-■-Carried. The third .Monday in the month was fixed as the night of meeting. Il wn.s resolved to apply'to the Canterbury League for a copy of the report on the completion of tlm Fast Coast lino. Ii was decided the Executive nflirers with Dr. Teiehelmmin report in regard to advertising the district.
