[by TVLUOKAPH —I‘KIl PHEBB ASSOCIATION.] NEW PLYMOUTH, May 25 At the Supreme Court David George Stelia, aged 20, for common assault upon a married woman near Kaponga, was sentenced to detention in the Borstal Institute for a period not exceeding two years. Stanley George Harwood, for indecent acts with a little girl at ICltham, received reformative detention for a period not exceeding two years.
