If Martin was a licensed driver, his license to he suspended for the balance of the term, and no new license to he issued to him for live years. If unlicensed, no license to he issued lor six years. Prisoners were sentenced as follows: John Alexander Robertson, lor issuing valueless cheques, to two years; to be concurrent with his Dunedin sentence for theft. Charles Royal Porter, for indecent assault to live years. Frederick Charles Richmond for breaking, entering and theft, to three years. John Joseph Kiesanowski, for burglary to two years.
George Cabel Price, for indecent assault was ordered to come up tor sentence when called upon. Mhiteford Jukes Curtis for theft, to two years’ probation. Joseph Brown, tor toggery and theft of a postal packet, to throe years probation. John Asher lor theft to eighteen months. Sydney Aderton Christmas, for indecent assault to one year. Clive Argyle Wood for false pretences to two years’ gaol.
