Prisoners were sentenced as follows: John Alexander Robertson, lor issuing valueless cheques, to two years; to be concurrent with his Dunedin sentence for theft. Charles Royal Porter, for indecent assault to live years. Frederick Charles Richmond for breaking, entering and theft, to three years. John Joseph Kiesanowski, for burglary to two years.

George Cabel Price, for indecent assault was ordered to come up tor sentence when called upon. Mhiteford Jukes Curtis for theft, to two years’ probation.
