Ma Keiixie ably seconded him. and Evens and Campbell were always enterprising and aggressive. though in defence tlteir opponents were much weaker than that met on Saturday. At the fourth ehttkka. the scores were two all. Campbell and Lyons being the scorers for New Zealand. Dunne blindiite rain in the fifth ehttkka. Lyons put the visitors ahead, and trout then on they easily held the lead. AlacKettzie addin* two goals made the filial scores—New Zealand five; X.S.W. two. The New Zealanders play in the final of the Beaten Teams Match on Saturday.
