Rlaintilf alleges that on the night of the 17th. May. .Stevens was knocked down by Dr. Martin's ear. receiving injuries from which «lie died and that Dr. Martin was driving north and Dome was driving in the op; o-ite dire lion with headlights (listing a brilliant glare along the road. There are three eiiihlieii, aged ten to fifteen years dependent upon the deceased. Dr. Martin admitted that Dome's lights were dazzling, but denied that lie ran over or knocked down Mrs Ktevi ns. lie claimed that the iaLalit.v was caused by de. eased's negligence or by the combined negligence ol .Mrs Slovens and Donee. Donee made similar denials.
