ABAHURA FAT STOCK SALK. Messrs M. Houston and Co report:— The usual fortnightly sale was held at the above yards yesterday, there being a very small yarding of cattle comprising about 50 bead, of which our entry consisted of only 12 head of cattle and GO Tat sheep. There was a much better demand, than ot hue. i and this together with the short entry had the tendency to harden the market considerably, os beef realising from 32s to 3Gs per hundred, heifers and cows from 30s to 355. We sold on account of T. Staines G2 fat ewes at 35s 3d; on account of a client 1 bullock at £l3 15s, 2 at £lO 2s (id, 2 at £l2 10s, 1 veuler at '£2 12s; on account of T. Staines, 1 lieifer at £7 7.s 671, 2 at £7 ss, 3 at £7 7s 6d; on account J. Bradley, 4 fat 'wethers at 35s 9d; on account of J. Coyle 1 pony at £7 2s fid.
