The school also gained the Agricultural and Pastoral Society’s third prize in Garden Competition, which tarries a monetary value

Regret wits expressed in connection with the illness of Mr H. Emmett which compelled him to resign from the position of Probationer, his conscientious work and bright and pleasant personality made his presence in the school a real enjoyment.

The Committee’s financial position is sound, finishing the year with a credit balance ol C2O.

The new committee elected were the live gentlemen present, viz. (---Messrs ||. Osmer.s. J. AY. Kennedy. .). Holmes. F. Alitehell and \\ . If. -Merrick. Air Osmer.s was chosen as Chairman and A. W. Peebles as Secretary and Treasurer.
