SCHOOL COMMITTEES
AIIAHURA ROAD. The annual meeting of Jiouselicildei s was held in the school room, there being a good representative gathering present. A very hearty vote of thanks was passed to the outgoing committee, special mention being made as to the good work carried out (luring the year, especially the improvements to the grounds, which reflected great credit on the committee, and to Mr Maloney, head-teacher, who has done so much to bring about the good work done. The election for a new committee resulted in the old committee being returned with the inclusion of I. Tainui, and is as follows: Messrs A. Richards, 11. Finch, \Y. Dove, J. Finch and I. Tainui. Subsequently -Mr A. Richards was elected Chairman and Mr 11. Finch secretary. A hearty vote of thanks to Mr Richards (Chairman) brought the meeting to a close.
