BERLIN, April 20. The' German Railways, defying the Versailles Treaty, announce a 30 to 35 per cent, reduction in the freights on iron and steel going to the shipyards. This reduction does not apply to foreign steel or to the Saar output. BERLIN'. April 21.
In order further to cheapen German shipbuilding. the railways announce a reduction in the freights on iron and steel from V orth to the shipbuilding vards by .‘id to on per cent.
