Nominations closed last evening when the following nine were nominated and declared duly elected : Rev. J. F. Jack. .Messrs J. Conning. 11. R. Sweiiey, R. J. Redder, R. Wells. W. F. Richards, W. 1 Insider. W. Goodlcllow. and W. H. Bishop. The latter replaces Air T. \Y. Dull who did not again oiler his services. AT GREYMOUTH.

There.' were only two new nominations lor tlie vacancies, caused liy the resi;:ualions of .Messrs Aitken nml Pulliit. on the Croyinouth District Mil'll School Committee. These are Messrs Heck nml R. I’nrrnwnmn. All the remaining mouthers of the old committee allowed themselves to he renominated. so that with the two new nominations. the committee is just complete, and there will he no necessity for an election.
