WELLINGTON. April IS. Restrictions against children attending theatres etc. will he withdrawn on Monday in all tou ts of the North Island except Waikato, and all the South Island (except Canterbury and Outgo). The attendance of children at school is still optional. The mandate against military parades still holds good and no action will be taken till all restrictions are completely lifted. _______
