Cabinet has approved of the reopening of all secondary schools, technical schools and second departments and District High. Schools in the Dominion on Monday next. also all primary schools and lower departments ill the secondare schools, except those in the South Auckland Health District, Otago Education District, and the Canterbury Education District, hut all schools in the counties ot \A estland and Grey may reopen. -
