Sir,—The time i.s approaching when the electors " ill be called upon to elect their representatives on the Borough Council. There are many still who are under the impression that only ratepayers are entitled to a vote. I would like to point out that at Mayoral and Council elections every person who is twenty-one years of age nr over and who has resided in the borough for three months preceding enrolment has a vote, mill should ascertain if they are on the roll and if not make application to the Town Clerk for enrolment before April loth., "hen the supplemenfarv roll closes.
