GET ON THE ROLL.

Sir,—The time i.s approaching when the electors " ill be called upon to elect their representatives on the Borough Council. There are many still who are under the impression that only ratepayers are entitled to a vote. I would like to point out that at Mayoral and Council elections every person who is twenty-one years of age nr over and who has resided in the borough for three months preceding enrolment has a vote, mill should ascertain if they are on the roll and if not make application to the Town Clerk for enrolment before April loth., "hen the supplemenfarv roll closes. Youi.s etc.. VOTER.
