Mass meetings were held, and ihe.se of a most orderly character. They were held everywhere. Six thousand black shirts assembled in the Angusteum Auditorium at Home. and marched with banners and hands through lie flagged streets to the Foreign Ministry, where Signor Mussolini Prime Minister, made his first appearance since his illness. He addressed a few electrifying words to the crowd. In a thunderous voice, he asked if he could rely on his hearers. Then 150.000 voices roared “Viva Mussolini.”
