Larkins is better than a patent medicine. Frank .Monde excelled in various well chosen songs and in the Enstern scene “ Arabia ” sang well. Doreen Lee Smith possesses a fine soprano voice, which was heard in a good vuricty of songs, including the popular
”By the Waters of .Minnetonka,” which has captivated music lovers, The saxophone, an instrument seldom heard in this town, was played with great ability by Karie Walker, and he had to respond to requests for more. The Indian Ensemble was well staged, and Jolly John acted the part of an Indian chief to perfection. Hut the star item, was n comedy “Mrs Onllnher” in which Jolly John Larkins took the part of Mrs Gallaher, a cute old dame, and the house simply rocked with laughter. One feature which deserves special mention is the excellent costuming. This is very picturesque, original and striking and would hardly he excelled by much larger companies.
