AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. FURTHER EVIDENCE. LONDON, March 18. The Denistoun case has been resumed. Denistoun in evidence said he would have fought the Scottish divorce. He and his wife signed an agreement that she would not take any of his lather s gift of £10,00!) if the defendant refrained from an action in Scotland Concerning the Paris divorce I e intimated he did not intend again living with his wife, who later supplied a draft letter, which witness copied, admitting French domicil®. Sir Marshall Hall. K.C.. interposed that he had come to the conclusion that it was useless to .challenge the validity of the divorce since an admission of French domicile would give? the French Court jurisdiction. Defendant denied that he had promised to support his wife. Ho merely offered to help when he could. Beyond a small pension and his father’s money lie had no resources beyond what Lady Carnarvon provided.
